Grad Testimonials

"What I have learned here at Total Transformation Institute is priceless. When I started I did not really know what I wanted to do in life I only knew that cosmetology was the one thing I still had love for. When I got here I was scared my one question was "am I going to be as good as these girls?" My answer now is you can be as good as you want to be."
- Erica
"While attending Total Transformation Institute of Cosmetology I have learned a great deal of useful & wonderful skills. I have improved on my color, my highlighting technique, haircuts, facials and etc. I have also learned a great deal of people skills and really understanding my clients needs and desires. A happy client makes a happy business. Don't forget about the retail side of it but don't just push the product onto the client. Educate them in why they need the product for their hair, nails or skin. Here is to you my future employer, I am a highly educated future professional with many skills and talents who is ready to get into the field and start some action!"

1500 Clock Hours

In the cosmetology program, you will gain the knowledge to become a licensed Cosmetologist through demonstrations by licensed professional instructors.  We at Total Transformation Institute are very excited and proud to be using the Milady system of hair cutting and hair color.  This program provides students with the premium credentials on which they can build a great career.
In Phase 1, you will learn the basics of haircuts, hair color, hair styling, manicuring, pedicuring, acrylics, facials, waxing and state board.  Each lesson will be demonstrated and hands-on practice will pursue.
In Phase 2, you begin working on clients under the close supervision of an instructor, building your confidence and advancing into the latest trends.  You will learn to put your Business Training skills into practice while learning on the client.
In Phase 3, you fine tune technical abilities and focus on the "soft" skills of client interaction and prescriptive retailing.  Also, you will learn to assist clients with booking and paying for services at the reception center and administer professional products and supplies in the dispensary. Pass a practical and written exam to be eligible for graduation.
After completing the program and passing the Texas written and practical exams, you obtain a license and are fully qualified to begin working as an entry level Cosmetologist.
